In the second year of  being in business, Olly was awarded the contract to remodel a cottage into a summer home for German clients living in Heidelberg.
  He was in charge of planning, general contracting  and the budget.
  His changes to the property included, adding a wharf and
boats house, remodelled a small cottage into a cosy  summer home .
